A. Viewing Language
                You may read the Paypal website using Chinese.  Go to the upper right corner of the payment webpage and select “Simplied Chinese” in the drop-down box.

B. Offering or Payment Instruction
You may offer or pay to NCCCWC with major credit cards such as Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover, or with Paypal.

1.       For Credit Card User: Click on the button  and complete your credit card information through Paypal.

There will be a transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30 charge to NCCCWC for using the online credit card payment.

Transaction Fee Calculation Example:

If you were to offer $100.00, Paypal will charge NCCCWC a total of $3.20 ($2.90 + $0.30).

2.       For Paypal User: You could also set up an account with Paypal and transfer money to NCCCWC.  There is no transaction fee charge to NCCCWC associated with Paypal money transfer.

*Note: Instruction for setting up a Paypal account
If you wish to transfer money using the Paypal service, you need to setup an account with Paypal first.  You will need to enter your bank information and verify your bank account before you can use your Paypal account. 

Instructions for transferring money through Paypal:

1.       Log into your Paypal account

2.       Go to “Send Money” section

3.       Enter the following information

Amount:      Amount of offering or payment

Currency:    US Dollar

For:                Service/Other

C. International Offering
             Paypal also accepts international payment.  The transaction fee is 3.4% + $0.30.  If you are sending an international offering in an amount greater than $300, please contact the NCCCWC Finance Co-workers for wire-transfer method.
